SATRANGEE

What is Satrangee: A bouquet of many colours from nature, mind and soul represented by the notes of music results in NAVRAS of human nature. “Music is the highest art and, to those who understand is the highest worship”. Team SATRANGEE connects the inner soul with the Supreme through music maintaining the traditional aspects of Indian as well as Western   classical musical heritage.
Why Satrangee: Life has become faster for which people have hardly any time to breathe. Our motto is to save good music, literature and classical heritage through proper designing of Sur (tune), Taal (rhythm) and Laya (tempo). We believe that people are still very much fond of good music, but unfortunately they are not getting the right kind of music which they need badly for a better living.  Our music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.
Projects: We are working on various topics and subjects such as Global Harmony, Patriotism, National Integrity, Harmony, Love, Passion, Emotions, Cry, Joy, Seasons, River, Desert, Radha, Krishna, Meera taking the uniqueness of traditional Bandishes, Thumris, Dadras, Chaitis, Kajris and Bengali Folks like Baul, Bhatiali; Maand of Rajasthan; Bihu of Assam;  Bhangra, Gidda and Heer of Punjab;  Lavani of Maharashtra;  Dandiya of Gujarat; Qawaali, Sufiana, Rabindra Sangeet and many more. Renowned painters of India and abroad along with Satrangee are making a single harmony of colours and tunes merging two different art forms with thematic drawing and compositions together, live on stage.
Musicians:  Music creates order out of chaos:  for rhythm imposes unanimity upon the divergent, melody imposes continuity upon the disjointed and harmony imposes compatibility upon the incongruous. Our strength is our musicians. Satrangee is enriched with all educated musicians who excel in their respective fields.
